One of the most talked about foods in the city is the newest Crocodile Egg Ice-cream available at Davao Crocodile Park. Crocodile Ice-cream is made from mixing milk and crocodile egg yolks instead of the traditional cream. Using a crocodile egg yolks result
to a creamier taste.

Which is sometimes deep fried instead of grilled. There are many vendors set up in residential area's for bbq.
